How to mark abdominals (Women)

Many women are looking for a flat and marked abdomen , but often not so easy as it seems to mark it.

1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
2. Eat unprocessed foods to decrease swelling and fat.

Exercises to mark abdomen.
1 . Lie on the floor and raise the legs at a 90 degree angle. With legs raised we move them to the sides.
2. Lying on the floor we raise the legs and make movements with them up and down. I recomend doing series accounts.
